Hi,1. What type of keyboard are you using? Is it an usb keyboard or a normal 5 pin keyboard?2. Did you make any changes to the BIOS setting?If you are using a usb keyboard you may need t o verify if the usb keyboard is enabled in the BIOS. You may contact the computer manufacturer to check these settings.Note: Modifying BIOS/complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved.
